If found running on Google Adwords or Google’s Content Network, Yahoo, or Facebook, affiliate will be banned from running any further offers and any commissions will be forfeited. ***ALSO – No Press Releases are allowed on any offers. If found running Press Releases, affiliate will be banned from running any further offers and any commissions will be forfeited. Trademark Terms Please ensure that affiliates/publishers are NOT using Trademark and Branded terms while promoting our companies products. If found running Trademark or Branded terms, affiliates/publishers will lose all commissions and be banned from promoting current/future offers. This includes, but is not limited to: Search marketing keyword bidding, urls/domains (in search ads, etc…), etc… Please update all offers you run with us, to ensure that your publishers know what will happen if they are caught running our Trademark and Branded Terms.
