• The organizational and legal form of doing business by the User is LLC, sole proprietor.
• The system of taxation of the User as an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity created by the User is OSNO, USN 15%, USN 6%.
• The lead is not duplicated (i.e. the User has not previously registered a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur on the site www.moedelo.org and/or there are no matches for the TIN and the User's email address).
• The legal entity or sole proprietor created by the User is not a current customer of the Customer receiving one of his products specified in this Order.
• There Is No Marriage Of Lida. The marriage of the Lead is considered: An incorrect phone number. There is no such organization or contact person. The user refused to communicate, said that he did not register on the site www.moedelo.org . It is impossible to get through 4 times within 2 working days from the moment of registration of the User on the site www.moedelo .org in order to register the User as an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity created by him, including the absence of a contact person at work, technical non-call, the inability to "bypass" the secretary, etc. Signs of fraudulent actions were detected (The User, in a conversation with an employee of the Customer, directly or indirectly reports that he registered on the site www.moedelo.org , at the request of the Contractor or for other purposes not related to the use of the Customer's service).
