Failure to follow the above-mentioned Instructions for the Product will result in You assuming all associated risks. 

You are solely responsible for compliance with these Instructions and all applicable laws and assume all risks arising from Your marketing activities and any failure to follow the above‑mentioned Instructions for the Product. By engaging in any activities relating to the Product, including using tracking links or materials, creating or distributing marketing materials, directing traffic to Company’s pages or offers, or requesting or accepting commissions (hereinafter – the Activities), You agree to comply with these Instructions and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless(hereinafter – the Company), the entity issuing these Instructions, the Product’s manufacturers (whether legal or factual), and their respective affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, investigations, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Your Activities or Your breach of these Instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You further release and agree not to sue those parties in respect of such matters, except where directly and solely caused by their intentional misconduct. By undertaking any of the Activities, You confirm that You have read these Instructions, that the information is clear, and that You agree to be bound by them.
