Absolutely No Incent, No Coreg, No Facebook Groups, No Craigslist MARKETING INSTRUCTIONS FOR HINUKI LEAN HABBIT JELLY The following marketing instructions (“Instructions”) apply to the marketing material of the product “HINUKI LEAN HABBIT JELLY” (“Product”). When creating marketing material (includes all forms of marketing) for the Product, please adhere to the following instructions: -Do not state or imply that the Product can diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, relieve, or improve any medical condition, symptom, or disease, unless the specific claim has been reviewed and approved by the FDA — including, but not limited to, claiming it is clinically proven, clinically tested, or scientifically proven to achieve any result, and including disease names in keywords, tags, metadata, etc. -Do not claim that the Product is a drug or medicine, a substitute for one, or superior to any drug, medicine, medicament, remedy, or cure. -Do not claim that the Product is superior to any needle-based, injection-based, or pill-based product or treatment, including indirect superiority claims made on the basis that “no needles are needed.” -Do not state or imply that the Product has the same effects as, is an alternative to, or is “just as effective” as a controlled substance or prescription drug — including, but not limited to, through product names that could cause confusion (e.g., “GLP-1,” “Viagrex,” “TestosterX”) or through claims that it produces an effect like an anabolic steroid (e.g., “Legal Steroids”). -Do not compare the Product to Ozempic, GLP-1 agonists, or synthetic hormones, whether directly or indirectly (e.g., by depicting a needle or an Ozempic pen alongside the Product), and do not present it as a “natural version” of Ozempic. -Do not include labeling that states the Product is a “tester,” “not for retail sale,” or “not intended for resale.” -Do not make “Non-GMO” or “Non-genetically modified organism” claims without supporting documentation on file. Failure to follow the above-mentioned Instructions for the Product will result in You assuming all associated risks. 

You are solely responsible for compliance with these Instructions and all applicable laws and assume all risks arising from Your marketing activities and any failure to follow the above‑mentioned Instructions for the Product. By engaging in any activities relating to the Product, including using tracking links or materials, creating or distributing marketing materials, directing traffic to Company’s pages or offers, or requesting or accepting commissions (hereinafter – the Activities), You agree to comply with these Instructions and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless (hereinafter – the Company), the entity issuing these Instructions, the Product’s manufacturers (whether legal or factual), and their respective affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, investigations, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Your Activities or Your breach of these Instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You further release and agree not to sue those parties in respect of such matters, except where directly and solely caused by their intentional misconduct. By undertaking any of the Activities, You confirm that You have read these Instructions, that the information is clear, and that You agree to be bound by them.
